HOURGLASS BUFFING WHEEL

We developed a special buffing wheel that fits straight into a drill chuck. The unique shape allows the buff to rest on the tailpipe without spinning off.

By simply rotating the drill, all angles of the pipe can be buffed rapidly. The tapered end allows you to get into difficult corners.

Ideal for buffing flat areas.  Mounts in most chucks.

Facer buffs are similar to Mushroom Buffs, except that they have a flatter surface. They are particularly useful for buffing and polishing larger flat areas such as primary covers on motorcycles. Use with liquid or bar compounds.

  • Easily mount 1/2″ hole wheels.
  • Threaded to accept additional adapters.
Tapered Buffing Spindles are ideal for mounting buffing wheels with pinhole centers, such as our Razor Buff. Simply attach the spindle onto your 1/2″ or 5/8″ shaft, tighten the grub screws, and then spin the motor up.

The buffing wheel is pushed onto the end of the spindle, and is quickly drawn onto the spindle.

Use right hand spindles for the right side of your buffer (counter clockwise rotation). Use left hand spindles for the left side of your buffer (clockwise rotation).
