InstaCrete Epoxy Putty Stick is a hand-kneadable, fast-setting polymer compound for permanent repairs to concrete and masonry. It also bonds to metals, wood, glass and many plastics. It comes in a handy “Tootsie-roll®” form with the curing agent encapsulated in the contrasting color base material.
Product Description
InstaCrete is a hand-mixable, fast-setting epoxy putty that quickly repairs
concrete and masonry. It also bonds to metals, wood, glass, and many
plastics. After mixing, it forms a concrete repair polymer that cures to a
concrete-like color and texture. Each handy stick contains pre-measured
portions of activator and base throughout — no measuring or mixing tools
are necessary. The consistency (like modeling clay) eliminates drips and
runs, facilitates adhesion to the substrate, and allows the material to be
shaped and formed as needed before curing begins. After 60 minutes the
application can be drilled, sawed, filed, tapped, and painted. Suitable for
interior or exterior use, it is resistant to water, chemicals, and temperature
extremes. InstaCrete contains no solvents or VOCs. It’s non-flammable and
releases no noxious fumes. It won’t shrink or pull away. The unused
portion stays fresh for future use when saved in its original package.

A WHITE TALLOW BASE LUBRICANT WITH A HIGH MELTING POINT. Ideal for use with our Expanding Wheel Belts.
Grade F-90 is a pure tallow base mixture. Its purpose is to serve as a lubricant and at the same time, fill and close the belt with a heavy bodied grease film. The object of such a heavy bodied grease film on the belt may be two-fold. When applied to fine grit size coated abrasive belts, it permits a glazing or burnishing action. When applied to coarse grit belt operations the grease film is heavy enough to stay on the belt under severe conditions.
Product # 515-6051
Grade F-90
ALL PURPOSE LUBRICANT FOR BELTS AND DISCS. Ideal for use with our Expanding Wheel Belts .
This is the “original” and ever popular F-26 coated abrasive grease stick that is in universal use. The regular type polishing wheel grease sticks are purposely made of high melting point greases, but abrasive belts run so cool that these types of greases have a tendency to form a “gummy” surface referred to as “loading” or “glazing”. The use of F-26 on belts and discs prevents this. It is a light bodied grease – that spreads out thinly – remains “wet” on the belt – and provides lubrication by penetrating the coated abrasive surface. F-26 prevents clogging and leaves the abrasive grit free to cut clean and smooth.
Grade F-26 is recommended for all belt-polishing operations – on all metals, plastics and glass.
Cartridge rolls are cylinders of abrasive cloth, which allow a new cutting surface to be uncovered as each layer is worn away. Good for cylinder head polishing, flash removal, deburring, tool-mark removal, wood carving and more. Aluminum oxide resin-bond with cloth backing assures trouble free, long lasting performance, even at speeds up to 20,000 RPM.
Starter Kit contains:
For use with the Aluminum Oxide. Using a knife or spatula, the thixotropic adhesive is spread evenly around the face of your wheel.
Roll the wheel into the abrasive using light pressure, ensuring a heavy pickup of the abrasive.
Leave the coated wheel to air dry for several hours prior to use. Subsequent applications will provide a longer lasting system. Gentle heat from an oven will speed up drying times considerably.
As the system wears off, the wheel may be retreated numerous times.
For use with
8 oz./32 oz./1 gal.
For use with buffing wheel cement. Apply cement evenly onto a buffing wheel, then lightly roll the wheel in the Aluminum Oxide grit of choice. Leave the coated wheel to air dry for several hours prior to use. Subsequent applications will provide a longer lasting system. Gentle heat from an oven will speed up drying times considerably. As the oxide wears off, the wheel may be retreated numerous times.
LOW COST FLEXIBLE GRINDING WHEEL
For use on your buffing machine!
Much more abrasive than the toughest greaseless compounds
Cuts through: PAINT, RUST, PLATING
Grinds away: SHARP EDGES, PITS, SCRATCHES, Parting Lines, Mold Marks, Tool & Die MARKS, STRETCHED METAL MARKS, BURRS ETC.
The Abrasive Wheel System comprises of a special adhesive, and a tough 80 grit aluminum oxide powder.
One the adhesive has hardened on the wheel of your choice, (usually a spiral sewn buffing wheel) the wheel is transformed into a tough, yet somewhat flexible grinding wheel, capable of grinding of plating, paint, rust, and smoothing out all metals.
The system is ideal for making felt bobs more abrasive.
