June 1st, Hose Loads

For training, we are going to cover hose loads. Which includes:

NFPA1001-2013,5.5.2 LOADING A PRE-CONNECTED FLAT HOSE LOAD pg 81 skill sheet 54
NFPA1001-LOADING A PRE-CONNECTED TRIPLE LAYER HOSE LOAD pg 83 skill sheet 56

These are the four skills required for hose loads for the recruits for Firefighter 1. All of the skill sheets can be found in the attached document.  Each person will go over each hose load technic with the instructor, then demonstrate it themself.
